When I came across this quilt at an antique show, it was already only a shadow of its former self. The vendor had cut away most of it to make a jacket. It was a nice scrappy quilt -- looks like many different flour sack or feedsack fabrics were used. I never cut a good vintage quilt, but this was definitely a cutter, so it was perfect for projects. Now I am giving the remnant a new life as a set of pillows. The set of four will be in the Starshine Salon at Merchant Square (space 74) by this weekend.
